Hello, I'm Zoe, a complementary therapist and EFT practitioner. After more than
20 years of working in the corporate world, I decided to follow my passion to help
people and retrained in complementary therapies.

 

Knowing first-hand what hectic and stress filled lives so many of us lead these days
my aim is to help people revive their mind and body to enable their soul to thrive
again! To help achieve this, I offer holistic treatments which are known to combat
stress and promote the body’s own healing. These treatments are an ideal way to help
you unwind, relax and recharge, giving you a little ‘me time’.

 

I am proud to be a member of the CThA (Complementary Therapists Association) and the AOR
(Association of Reflexologists) and I am qualified in Reflexology, Swedish body massage,
Hot Stone massage, Indian Head massage, Reiki, Hopi Ear candles and EFT
(Emotional Freedom Technique).
