Any personal data that you provide to this website us used solely to enable therapists to contact you with a view to you engaging their services. Individual therapists are responsible for their own GDPR compliance and data handling.
Any information you provide here will not be used for marketing purposes, and will be destroyed after 5 years, along with the messages sent.
You have the right to have a copy of this information, and proof that it is not being held insecurely, as well as the right to a copy of any data relating to you and the right to have this destroyed without reason.
Payments, Appointments and Cancellation:
Each therapist is responsible for providing their own cancellation policies, and for making and handling appointments and payments.
Hingham Therapy Clinic does not take any money from clients, and engages with each therapist on room sub-let basis, with the additional benefits of web and social media marketing. It does not handle any personal data other than the contact information provided to in order for therapists to communicate for the purpose of booking appointments.
